Personality
With the troubling and at points dark past Valerie had trouble developing human connections at a young age. While she knew multiple languages she was not good at communicating verbally. Instead she would use physical communication. As she progressed in life she would develop better skills in communication, but instead of talking about her pain she would mask it with jokes or a stern stance against talking, never an in between.

Backstory
Elizabeth Braddock and Warren Worthington III had a daughter, but did they really know that? Eventually they would both know, but at the start, it was not a good time. A baby seemingly still born, deceased at birth, a girl. She was taken by a nurse and instead of going through the proper procedures, the baby was brought back and given off to another group. This group was led by a mysterious unnamed man who wanted an army of mutants and he wanted to follow the footsteps of Apocalypse to create his own children, his horsemen.
Difference is, he wanted to rule, he wanted more than death, but that was the first step.
It all started when the girl was only six. That is when he training began, the man put in charge of her training was one Ezekial Kain. He was a trained warrior and killer, he wasn't a mutant, but a Super-Soldier raised by the Hand and trained by many elite warriors, soldier, and spies including Nick Fury (During a short period infiltrating SHIELD) and Taskmaster.
Late Childhood
When around eight years old the base would be infiltrated by one Nathan Summers and a short lived version of the X-Force. After a long fight the girl and multiple other tests and experiments would be rescued, but one would get his attention, one that did not exist in his time or universe. Her DNA signature was not one he recognized, but it was composed of two, Angel and Psylocke. He would take the girl for another two years until she was eleven, but then something went wrong.
During the fight the girl was injured causing slight brain damage and making her lose a good bit of the few memories she did have. The thing is that she retained her combat skills. She would discover the information on her parents and go on a hunt to find them. An 11 year old girl,in a time she did not understand. The time she belonged in, but the time that she didn't know.
